Michael C. Salmon
Mr. Salmon has over 35 years’ of environmental consulting and remediation project management experience across a wide range of industrial, commercial, public utility and defense industry facilities. Mr. Salmon has environmental compliance and remediation project experience with all major environmental regulatory programs, including RCRA corrective actions, CERCLA (Superfund) and state regulatory and voluntary cleanup and brownfield programs. As one of the pioneers in developing innovative technical, legal and financial risk management strategies to facilitate environmental risk transfer, he helped accelerate the cleanup of contaminated properties for economic redevelopment and beneficial re-use. Mr. Salmon helped implement some of the largest and most complex brownfield redevelopment projects in the United States, including several urban power plant decommissioning, remediation and demolition projects.
Mr. Salmon graduated cum laude with a BA in Political Science from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, and received his JD from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University.
